Good work rarely comes from a single person or a fixed team. It comes from the right people, at the right time, working toward the same thing.

Connects exists so that when a project needs a specific kind of thinking or craft, we’re not starting from scratch. We’ve already done the work of finding people who are genuinely excellent at what they do; and more importantly, people who work the way we work.
