Founder & Principal Strategist
Nikki started out on the floor, building her own restaurant from scratch, figuring out consumer behavior in real-time, and quickly understanding what makes a brand actually tick.
But here's what she realized: a good product isn't enough. If the strategy's weak, the brand tends to be forgettable. If the positioning's off, the growth often stalls. So, she built a studio to address the gaps, one that mixes business clarity, creative firepower, and executional rigour.
At We do (things), Nikki leads with curiosity, cuts through fluff, and works closely with founders and teams to build businesses that actually break through. Her experience spans F&B, FMCG, lifestyle, social impact, and always starts with a deep dive into the brand.
